my name is Chuck Rollins. I am the only
full time licensed freshwater fishing guide on Cedar Creek Lake
in the state of Texas. I guide about 4-7 days a week. I spend
most of my time fishing for Crappie, White Bass, & Hybrid
Striped Bass. I will occasionally seek out Catfish. We will fish
from a NEW LUND boat that will comfortably fish 4
adults we just added to our fleet a 09 24ft Skeeter.
I
love to take kids fishing and teach them how to out fish Mom or
Dad. I really enjoy teaching others new techniques on how to
catch more fish. I currently have helped my customers land 4
crappie records on my boat. Three water body records and one
state record and a few others we were just short of breaking. My
goal this year is to have two of my customers break records
(goal met!). To try your luck at a new record or if you just

Cedar
Creek Reservoir
was impounded in 1965 and covers approx. 34,000 acres.
Species of fish include Largemouth bass, White Bass, Hybrid
Striped Bass, White & Black Crappie and Channel, Blue &
Flathead Catfishes. From
Dallas
, Cedar Creek is about 1 hour
south east on hwy 175. My favorite thing about Cedar Creek is
the BIG Crappie & fast action white bass fishing.
Crappie can be caught year around using different proven
techniques. White bass and Hybrid Striper can also be
caught all year around.
